The Aurora
Designed as the safest car in the world and launched to brutal press reviews at the Hotel New Yorker, Manhattan Nov. 1957, the Aurora flopped because of its strange looks.
This is the only known example and is the prototype and launch vehicle. It was found decrepit in a field in Connecticut in 1993.
Restored by Andy over a period of 12 Years and launched at Goodwood Festival of Speed, has since gone on to the dizzying heights of a cover feature of New York Times.
Still Owned by Andy.
