Turner Prize
After a serious hospitalisation, it was decided that Andy would move his car designing onto a different level. Andy has always thought of his work as ART rather than automotive and so an exhibition for the Turner Prize was conceived. Andy’s work graced Poole Arts Centre for a total of six weeks, notching up 76 nominations for the Turner Prize.
This exhibition brought Andy a huge influx of publicity, being featured in colour on the front cover of the london evening standard, 3 magazines features, 10 minutes on top gear and a television documentary about Andy's work and life and literally dozens of newspapers articles.
